Our Juniors Program is a dynamic and engaging experience tailored for kids aged 7-12, designed to teach them how to build confidence and stay safe.
Program Highlights
Fun Warm-Ups and Challenges: Each class begins with 10-15 minutes of exciting exercises, often featuring obstacle courses that encourage teamwork, coordination, and focus.
Comprehensive Training Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: Stand-up techniques, including striking, kicking, and using self-defense tools.
Tuesday & Thursday: Ground defense and grappling with a focus on escaping and safely getting back on their feet.
Life Skills and Personal Safety: Incorporating verbal de-escalation strategies and discipline-building practices to instill confidence and resilience.
Structured Progression: To ensure retention, students test every five weeks. Upon passing, they receive a certificate and the opportunity to advance to higher levels, such as earning a yellow belt and beyond.
Through our thoughtfully designed curriculum, your child will not only learn effective self-defense techniques like striking, kicking, and groundwork but also develop a strong sense of accomplishment, discipline, and self-esteem.

Family Plan
We provide exclusive family discounts for contracts. The primary member pays the standard rate, while each additional member enjoys a 50% discount on an equal or lesser value package. (This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts)
