This workshop is designed to equip you with both the physical techniques and mental resilience needed to stay safe in real-life situations. Through practical, hands-on training, you'll gain the confidence and skill to navigate a wide range of scenarios—from everyday environments like dark parking lots and vehicles to unpredictable situations.
In this empowering workshop, you’ll learn essential self-defense skills to help you feel safer and more self-assured in your daily life. Each session covers a selection of critical skills, including:
- Escapes from grabs, chokes, and bear hugs
- Effective striking techniques for self-defense
- Weapon disarmament strategies
- Ground survival tactics
A key focus of our program is preparing you to respond under stress, effectively overcoming the “shutting down and freezing” reaction. With this training, you’ll be ready to act quickly and confidently when it matters most.
This workshop welcomes women of all experience levels, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine existing skills. Many participants benefit from attending multiple sessions to continue building these life-saving techniques.

- Parental Consent: Minors (under 18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the participation agreement.
