Empowering Students Through Self-Defense
Self-Defense Programs for Schools & Homeschool
We proudly partner with local schools and youth organizations—including Bettye Davis East Anchorage High School, Alaska EXCEL, and Benny Benson—to provide engaging, age-appropriate self-defense training that empowers students and promotes personal safety.
In addition to working with traditional schools, we are also an approved educational vendor and provide Supplemental Education Services for District Charter Schools (homeschool vendor). Our flexible daytime programs support physical education and enrichment for homeschool students of all ages.
Students will learn
- How to recognize and avoid potential threats
- Basic striking and defensive movements
- Techniques to get away from grabs or dangerous situations
- The importance of situational awareness and boundary-setting
