Common Questions
We recommend training at least 2 - 3 times a week to maximize progress and retention. Please wear comfortable activewear for class.
Note that we have a no outdoor shoe policy—you may train barefoot, in socks, or in clean indoor gym shoes.
On your first day, please bring a valid photo ID for verification and ensure your waiver form is completed prior to class
