Our Tiny Tots program is specially designed for children aged 4 to 6, providing a fun, engaging introduction to self-defense and physical activity. These classes captivate young learners with enjoyable exercises while focusing on fundamental skills such as blocks, strikes, and groundwork.
Beyond techniques, our philosophy emphasizes promoting an active, healthy, and confident lifestyle, helping children build coordination, discipline, and self-assurance in a supportive environment.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday, and we recommend attending at least twice a week to reinforce repetition and muscle memory. Whether your little one is full of energy or just starting to explore movement, our Tiny Tots program sets the foundation for lifelong skills and fitness.
Family Plan
We provide exclusive family discounts for contracts. The primary member pays the standard rate, while each additional member enjoys a 50% discount on an equal or lesser value package. (This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts)
